熱帯夜にオススメ「エコでクール」

今年も、もうすぐやってくるであろう熱帯夜。
なのに、今寝室として使ってる和室だけクーラーがない。
毎年「今年こそはクーラーを…」と思うのだけど、
何とか乗り切ってしまって、はや８年が経過。
でも、夜だけのためにクーラーも無駄だなぁ…。

そんな我が家にぴったりな商品を見つけた。
『エコでクール低反発冷却ジェルパット』。
↑おそらく最安値サイト

布団に敷くだけでヒンヤリするやつ。
熱冷ましシート 1000枚分の冷却ジェル使用！
ジェルの水分量 85％！
クーラー購入よりも、イニシャルは安いし、
なんと言ってもランニングがゼロ！

早速つかってみましたが、
ほんとに朝方までヒンヤリ〜。これは良い！
逆に、窓を閉めて寝ないと寒いぐらい。
厚めのタオルケットを敷いてちょうど良い温度になる。
（直接、肌に触れる状態で寝たら風邪をひくかも…）

冷蔵庫で冷やす必要がなく、
常温でばっちりヒンヤリ体感できる。
これはホントにエコです。
※類似品では効果が得られない場合があるそうです。

〈反省点〉
１枚がめっちゃ重いので、干すときに大変。
（たまに陰干しが必要とのこと）
うちはダブルサイズ（140×180）を買ったのですが、
セミシングル（140×90）を２枚買えばよかったと後悔。
