『子育てハッピーアドバイス』の感想文
母親歴２年113日
私の愛読書、育児バイブルの『子育てハッピーアドバイス』。
実家の母から勧められて購入し、
今では、私の育児概念の基本であり、精神安定剤でもある。
特に、イヤイヤ期とカナム妊娠による赤ちゃん返りが合体したあの時期は、
ほんと、この本にはお世話になりました。。。
先日の家庭訪問の時「イライラしたら１〜３巻まで一気読みです。」
って告白したら「私達も〜！」だって！！
先生達もイライラする事あるんだ…と安心した。
そんないきさつがあったため、
今度、保育所でこの本を紹介する特集を組むということで、
原稿用紙１枚分の紹介及び感想文の執筆をたのまれた。
今まで『三つ子の魂百までも』の魂＝しつけ と思っていましたが、
この本を読んで、魂＝愛情だと知りました。
以前、娘のイヤイヤ期や二人目出産による赤ちゃん返り等でイライラし、
叱りつけては自己嫌悪に陥って…という時期がありましたが、
この本を読むと心が温かくなり優しくなれました。
この本で終始述べている『子供の自己評価』を高めてあげるには、
まず母親自身が『心の余裕』を持つ事。
この本はそれを与えてくれます。
「甘やかす」と「甘えさす」の違い、
「叱っていい子」と「いけない子」とは？
また「がんばれ」より「がんばってるね」など、
育児に限らず人間関係全般にいえる、考え方の目線を変えるコツが
マンガ仕立てで分かりやすく書かれてあるので、
忙しい毎日でもあっと言う間に１冊読めます。
イライラしてしまった時は、
1〜3巻まで一気に読んで心を落ち着かせます。
何回でも読み重ねたいシリーズです。
ちまみに、『忙しいパパのための子育てハッピーアドバイス』ってのも出た。
